TY THOMPSON

Assitant General Manager for Haven FBO

Ty Thompson, Assistant General Manager of Haven FBO, began his aviation journey at 18 when he earned his private pilot’s license and later graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Sciences, Aviation Administration; since then, he has built a diverse career spanning charter sales, customer experience, and operational leadership, holding key roles within Haven ASG where he has collaborated across FBO, MRO, and Charter operations to improve efficiency, streamline service processes, and elevate the customer experience, with contributions such as recoding software to accelerate charter booking response times and unifying cross-functional teams, making him a vital force in Haven’s ongoing growth.
