His career spans multiple roles that include professional pilot and Fixed Base Operator (FBO) operations, where he has gained his expertise in flight operations, customer service, and aviation business. Wesley holds multiple degrees in both pilot training and business management, equipping him with a strong technical foundation and strategic leadership skills.
